Terri Has A Male Health Problem
By Men's Health
A couple of weeks ago my big toe area started to hurt, it went from this to my knees, hurting when I go up an incline, to the front of my thighs hurting really bad. (now it's all together at once). I've also been getting headaches every day. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about ten years ago and was told I'll feel like I did pretty much forever. But then I just woke up one day and the pain was gone. So I thought I was misdiagnosed. But that's how I feel again except it's only below the waist verses it being allover before. I can't afford going to the doctor unless it is absolutely necessary. Does anyone have any suspicion as to what's wrong with me? I'm 34 bout 60 lbs overweight. I feel depressed and anxious all the time.. I wasn't an every day drinker but I drank regularly, and I recently cut back to less than once a week. I don't think this is the problem but, I thought it was necessary to mention. Men's Health Suspicions Being overweight may be a factor for the hurting in your legs. There are many causes that can contribute to your hurting legs problems: * Tobacco smoking. * 60 lbs overweight. * Not enough exercise. * Improper diet. * High blood pressure. * High cholesterol. * Diabetes. * Sitting in a cramped and immobile position for a long time. According to current research, if you have excess weight it is best to lose weight, not only for your headaches but for other health benefits, such as the reduced incidence of various diseases. Cutting back on your drinking may be causing the depressed and anxious all the time, which are withdrawal symptoms, from cutting back on your drinking. The bottom line is to see your doctor to voice your concerns for a healthy and long life.
